Car tuning is the modification of a car to optimise it for a different set of performance requirements from those it was originally designed to meet. Most commonly this is higher engine performance and dynamic handling characteristics but cars may also be altered to provide better fuel economy, or smoother response. The goal when tuning is the improvement of a vehicle's overall performance in response to the user's needs. Often, tuning is done at the expense of emissions performance, component reliability and occupant comfort.
As a culture has grown around modified cars the term tuning has grown to encompass the cosmetic and stylistic changes owners make to personalize their vehicles. These changes can range from functional modifications designed to improve the performance or functionality of the car, to visual modifications which alter the aesthetics of the car and, in the case of certain mods, sometimes be detrimental to the performance or functionality of the car.
  • STAGE 1 REMAP
    The state of a car after simple modification, which can be just a tune, or a tune with simple supporting modifications such as an aftermarket air filter or intake. Stage 1 implies a modest power/torque increase over stock.
  • STAGE 2 REMAP
    A stage 2 tune require fitting a downpipe or complete exhaust on turbocharged vehicle or an improved manifold with exhaust on non-turbocharged cars. Also fitting an intake or direct cone filter will increase power and air flow. They are also well-known for improving the sound of a car.
  • STAGE 3 REMAP
    A stage 3 tune is higher level with much bigger power increases but much expensive. It usually involves upgrading the Hybrid turbocharger, intercooler, cylinder head and inlet valves, head gasket, and spark plugs.
  • STAGE X REMAP
    We call it stage X, because this is the last tune in engine tune wich is designed and remapped particulary, dyno and lots of modifications like built engine, big turbo upgrade, full custom exhaust, custom intake and intercooler. At this stage we build cars for race and our remap files will be designed for the current setup.
  • POPS AND BANGS
    Pops and bangs, or burbles as the OEM call it, is simply a calibration feature within the ECU where we set up a specifically targeted, very lean misfire once you lift off the throttle.
  • POPCORN
    A popcorn limiter basically changes the way a diesel car behaves when the engine hits the rpm limiter. Most stock diesel vehicles will hit the pre-set rpm limiter and will stay at that exact rpm point until the driver intervenes (soft cut limiter).
  • LAUNCH CONTROL
    Launch control is an advanced driving assistance system found in sports cars and other performance-oriented vehicles that helps facilitate quick acceleration from a standing start.

    Our facility is equipped with performance dynamometer to test and improve car perfomance! all our remaps are created with help of the dyno measurements and tests to create best results in industry.
